Anders and Caleb remained friends through college. They went to the same University, but their paths diverged when Caleb decided to study abroad in Tokyo. Anders decided to visit his friend during their spring break. Over that vacation they talked much about all the delicious food that Caleb was eating. It was much higher quality than the things he was used to in america. He wished he could share that with everyone back home, and Anders could not help but to agree. In that small Izakaya, an idea was born.
